Pragna AI Research & Innovation University is being established on a governance framework that prioritizes academic excellence, regulatory transparency, ethical AI, and long-term institutional integrity.
The university will operate in accordance with the Telangana State Private Universities Act, 2018, with statutory bodies that oversee academic quality, research, compliance, and student welfare.

Research & Innovation Council
Drives research priorities in AI, healthcare, life sciences, automation, and deep-tech.

Ensure continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
Government and Policy Alignment
A structured liaison function ensures that Pragna works in close alignment with Telangana’s higher education and IT departments. This includes collaboration on approvals, land and infrastructure planning, and contributions to the state’s AI and digital innovation roadmap.
